Apparently it's officially called a Julienne Peeler. This is the one I have, and I love it! ($9.99) This one also has incredible reviews. and it's $2 cheaper. ($7.99) What I use to make my shredded zucchini salad(see my food instastory highlights). Like a spiralizer, but much smaller, cheaper and super easy to use!
